Hi ladies,
Today I had 3 ladies and we did my All Kickbox Combo Circuit and we broke it down so the new lady could learn good form. It was about 55 minutes.
Then I did 47 minutes of weight work 2 exercises per upper body muscles group and floorwork for abs. Calf machine was also thrown in for legs.Also in there was 11 minutes on the stair machine. .
Think I will call it a day.
