Bravo on another stellar workout yesterday that consisted of
an hour of elliptical (Double high fives) and 30 min of machines &
floorwork. Oh my goodness that is awesome,WTG!!
Then today was Tae Bo with 2lb hand weights for a weighted cardio variation.
Then to the gym 65 minutes of weight work for chest and back. Whoa, you lifted 105 pounds for 1 attempt at a rep. Did the back machine & dumbbell work for chest( flyes and presses) ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch.
WOW!! You rocked that workout, Tripple high fives and bravo's all-a-round.
