Today I did MPL - 54 minutes. His stuff is tough! All bodyweight. Thanks for the bday wishes from my DD.

More great long workouts from everyone yesterday, jump rope, Kelly, weights, pilates - so much variety!!! That's what keeps us interested.

I didn't answer your question, yes Power Split & Cardio Fit are Kelly's newest dvds from last year. I think
they are my favorites of Kelly's and I have alot of her dvds ! I did read on VF not long ago that she is
filming in Nov., don't know if that's a fact or not. I know exactly what you are talking about on the
rebounding. I watch QVC alot, and have seen them doing the rebounder on the Pilates reformer. Just
didn't put the two together at first !

Another stellar workout at the gym, Annette, with an hour of elliptical ( Fantastic) and 30 min of machines &
floorwork. Wow..

Today was:
CatheLive Fast & Fierce Upper Body Express- 31 min.
KCM- Cardio Fit dvd- Premix: Cardio Kickboxing-no dumbbells - 21 min.
Ifit- Total Body Hiit elliptical workout at the Rose Bowl, Pasadena, Calif. - 17 min.

- John Garey Pilates Stability Chair 48m
- Spine Align, Deep Squats, Arc Extensions 10m
Excited because I was able to match John Garey’s Spring settings for the entire workout.

Siobhan - I’m assuming that MPL is a streaming workout. I’m going to google it and check it out.

Linda - I’m putting Kelly’s latest dvds on my list. I don’t use her dvds all the time but enjoy rotating them into my plan from time to time.

Yes you are right about QVC and AP. It was an AP dvd I used Yesterday. I just used it with a different machine.

Hi ladies,

Today I did a 30 minute upper body(I was holding 2 pound weights) Taebo, whereas on the workout they had bands, it was good for some weighted cardio.

Then I came to the gym and did 65 minutes of weight work for chest and back. Made it to 105 pounds for 1 attempt at a rep. Did the back machine, dumbbell work for chest( flyes and presses) ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch.

Have a kidney doctor appointment this afternoon joy o joy!

Annette- Thanks for being such an inpiration with stellar gym workouts. You push me to keep at it lifting weights
and working towards lifting heavier, but only what is appropriate for me as I am able to do so safely and with good form.
You are amazing!! Don't let anyone tell you different;) Bravo on another stellar workout yesterday that consisted of
an hour of elliptical (Double high fives) and 30 min of machines &
floorwork. Oh my goodness that is awesome,WTG!!;) Then today was Tae Bo with 2lb hand weights for a weighted cardio variation.
