Today I taught my Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 2 workout for 51 minutes to 6 ladies.

Then I did 45 minutes of upper body weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes!

Hi all

Ceci-are you having issues with your legs? I will tell you that I need MUCH more time off and stretching ever since I turned 50 2 years ago. I also have had to cut down on the high impact which I do love.
5 hours is a long drive. Do you have to do it alone on the way back?

Annette-is Baltimore the closest largest city to you? I remember being terrified when Margaret got into Hopkins due to all the bad press the city receives. Once we starting going I realized it's actually a nice little city.

Lisa, it depends on your definition of large city. We are the same distance maybe a hair closer to DC. My husband works in Frederick, MD which is 45 minutes away. Hagerstown, MD is 25 minutes away. Chambersburg, PA is 25 minutes away. Harrisburg, PA(capital) is an hour and 15 minutes away. Just depends on what large means to you.

Today I did heather robertson workouts. They were fun and amazing! try her out.

Lisa - it's tight glutes bothering my quads. i hope the physio helps. it makes me sad not to spin.
