Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

KCM- Sculpting RX dvd- Premix : 1 set of all exercises - 22 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. "A Shoulder to Lean On" Rowing & Weights Circuit
IFit- "Strength Climbs" Cycling Finisher - 10 min.

Today I did a mix of 30 minutes of C&E for Lower Body. I added on a 10 minute triceps workout from Midas Movement. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I'm so glad you to see are you feeling well enough to work out! Yeah!
Nicki - Good news on your recovery. That felt like a long time and it sounds like you're still not fully recovered
Annette - Another big gym day brought by you :)
Nora - I know the feeling! You want to work out, you have the time to work out but can't. Ugh. I hope today is a better day for working out. I've never had PF but fear it.

Hope everyone is feeling better today.

I have some DOMS in my triceps today so that is good.

Today I have 2 appointments but squeezed in a Kombat Fitness 56 which I had never done. It was poorly dubbed but a very energetic cardio kickboxing workout. I left out the floorwork with weights at the end so it was 48 minutes of sweat.

Nice workouts so far ladies!!

Annette, good for you in getting in a 48 min. Kombat Fitness 56 workout before your busy day starts!

I don't feel 100%, but better...........allergies & sinus I think.

Cathe Live 556 Strong & Sweaty Legs for 48 minutes and Total Body Stretching SB#2 for 13 minutes.
I'm really enjoying these Cathe Live workouts!

Yes, I have been messing with the Blender! I love it. Still working on a few workouts. Hope to try one soon and revise as I get better. It's like a whole new workout world;)

Glad you're having fun with the blender, Linda uses the blender and has some fun sounding workouts. I don't subscribe to any streaming stuff currently. But if I did it would be CatheLive and KCM and maybe Leslie. Heave a good evening;)

Well ladies, I did not get a workout in again, (not liking that). We, DH & I met with his brother (visiting rom CA) and his sister for lunch. I 'm still having problems with nasty night leg cramps my calf muscles roll, painful.
Plus my foot issue still continues to cause issues. So, I did not get a workout in today. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to, fingers crossed.
