Good morning everybody! :)

No workout for me today. My shoulder was hurting all day yesterday and I was just totally wore out all day long, so I decided to sleep in this morning and not to Lowmax, which I probably wouldn't been able too.
I think I am just really ready for vaction I think.

I hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day

Good Morning Fit Chicks!


Yesterday I just did a gigantic set of bicep curls using db's and barbell, etc. Also did 600 crunches while watching Sappy Suzy cry on the Biggest Loser. I threw a water bottle at the TV!!!! LOL!

Today I will be doing walking lunges (500) with 15# db's and squats. I still have some cleaning to do as well. Body fat is still holding at 12.8% and I like what I see.

Today I am doing Freestyle legwork, abs, chest and triceps and the Interval workout from Hardcore extreme.

Morning fit ladies! Wow, day 3 of November rotation for me too, so it was HSC. This workout really got to me today. I had trouble lifting my arms to wash my hair. The only complaint I have about it is that I don't think there is enough bicep work.

Charlotte - I thought of you when Suzy started to cry. Her crying didn't bother me last week, but this week I have to admit it was quite irritating. The girl can't do ANYTHING it seems without the waterworks starting.

Wow, lots of HSC today, it's such a great workout and the music is rockin'.

Today I warmed up with CW combo #1 and IMAX2 first 2 intervals, I decided that cardio was not what I wanted so I popped in GS BS&B and got my arms buzzing quite nicely}(

Just like everyone else I'm getting anxious to hear the status of the new workouts, nothing like getting new workouts to keep motivated and interested.

Hi good morning everyone, yeterday I did KM,TJ 20 minutes workout, TJ ab jam, the lower body segment of quick fix cardio kicks and 45 minutes on my stationary bike.

Today I will do IMAX 3, TJ cardio party 1, the upper body segment of quick fix cardio kicks and I will ride on my stationary bike while I watch the TV.

Finally I caved and I ordered all the Cathe's new workouts from CK sales.I can't go wrong with Cathe.

Kristine- I hope you will feel better soon. Take care.

Carole- Great workout as usual.

Laurie- I hope we will have an update about the new workouts soon.

Katie,Wendy and Tammy- The November rotation is awesome.

Hi all, I did PUB biceps up only, then did PLB floorwork, with abs off of PSBB&A and the 8 min. taebo for my short but sweet cardio.

I am going to NC Dec. 1-4 to be with my mom who is having some health problems. I will be flying down and leaving my dh with 3 boys to hold down the fort.LOL!! Of course this is all planned with the stipulation that dh can get the time off from work. Pray that he does I really need to be with my mom (and dad of course).

Morning :)

Yesterday, I said it felted like I had put in a full day at work and it was only 8:30am, I must of been very tired actually I was. Well, when I got home yesterday, I washed a few dishes and immediately laid down this was around 5:45pm and when I woke up it was 12:30 the next day x( what happened ;( ;( So, I got up and took my clothes off washed me face, parpared myself for work and got back in the bed, so much for Back & Biceps.

I hate when I miss a scheduled workout, then I have to tweak my rotation ARGH..........that makes me soooo mad.

This morning, I woke up full of energy :D :9 I did P90X Plyometrics and for tonight Meaner Legs or ME, ttyl.
