today I did STS meso 2 - only two body parts - chest and shoulders

I took a rest day yesterday and I think I did pilates on monday

re: previous questions - was one do you colour your hair? Of course! I am a natural salon blond. And siblings? I am one of 5 kids born within 6 years. I am second youngest. We are 4 girls and 1 boy. Our ages are 50, 51, 52, 53, 55

Hi Ceci and all who follow,

I don't know about every one else but I can picture Henriette biking to the hospital when she goes into labor[emoji44]!!

Today I taught my aerobic dance workout to 10 ladies for about 51 minutes. Then I did an hour of heavy weight work including barbell chest press, still holding at 120 pounds for 3 reps. Tried 125 and got it down but could not get it up[emoji52], sigh.

It is a cold day here, only in the 30's F.

Hi ladies,

Another check in for me today... so no baby yet [emoji854]

Today was another busy day... I can't believe how time flies by, even without the school runs my days just disappear. I keep thinking tomorrow I will read a whole book, or binge watch something on Netflix or... but nope. I guess I am doing too many other things...

This morning I didn't feel great so after Magnus left for school I went back to bed for an hour, then I showered and went for a walk to my midwife appointment and got some groceries on the walk home. I could feel my upper body work from the other day carrying the stuff home.

This afternoon I did Linda Woolridge Quad & Glutes extreme loop band workout. Those were 40 long minutes!

After a break during which I did some baking, drove kids to basketball, cooked and ate dinner and a little bit of reading I went back to my gym room and fully fried my legs. I did Jessica Smith Stride and Step for 36min, unfortunately using 2 riders which on top of the quad work earlier on today was a killer!

So you can't say I am not doing what I can to naturally induce this labor... spicy chicken, exercise, you name it.

Perhaps I will take it easier again tomorrow as Friday is my due date and I will be needing my strength!

And No Annette - I am not planning on hopping on my bike to the hospital when I'm labor. Hopefully my bf will make it home on time to drive me or else I will drive myself there.

Yes, Henriette is our Wonder Woman!! Friday? Magnus & your Bf's kids must be getting quite excited for their baby brother. ;) How blessed to have a continued very healthy pregnancy!! Hoping your bf will make it in time too!!!
Glad to see you, Ceci & hope you're feeling a bit better. Excellent work on your strength gains again Annette! That's impressive. Hope your ear congestion issues etc. are a bit better than yesterday, Linda. Take care. Hey there to Peg & hope you have been having a good day so far. I believe Wednesday is Missy's surgery. Sending (((Missy))) good health and easy recovery vibes!

So indecisive with a workout today & ended up doing just a quickie Suzanne Bowen lunges & arms. Also got in some ball rolling for hip pain.
 
Hey girls! I don’t know Henriette...I think I agree with Annette! You’re so active I could see a bike ride to the hospital. Or perhaps a home delivery because you were in the middle of baking and couldn’t leave the house and burn the cake. Finish the cake, pack up the baby and go to basketball practice. Come home, feed the baby and help with homework, do a nice 60 minute workout, read an entire book then go to bed. Right? I’m praying for you. ((Hugs))

Siobhan, a natural salon blonde? Too funny. And 5 kids in 6 years?! That’s crazy. Did you raise hell growing up? I hope your foot is feeling better.

Elsie are you feeling stronger? Sometimes it takes me some time to get back to my tough workouts after going easy for a while. You’ll get it.

Linda, what the heck is happening with the on demand and live for you? It seems like a lot of people are having issues getting any video to play. That’s not ok!!

Today I did Mindy Mylrea Intensity Overload with toys, only 3 segments. I’m tired.

Greetings, I did a 30 min. Blender boxing upper body circuit this evening. Everything is working ok, Peg, I just don't Like seeing "not secure" on the blender page. They must be trying to do something, the player on the workout
Blender is different as well, I didn't particularly care for the vague answer I got, they apparently know it's not

Linda! I forgot the QOTD! Tomorrow is another day. Perhaps we’ll post 2 questions to make up for it.
 
Glad you are feeling better, Linda. All the problems I had with Live when was signed on for three months was one of the main factors of why I cancelled. They kept blaming it on my internet connection, but that was fine & worked with every other streaming service. Anyway, hope they get the bugs worked through.

Hey, thanks! I have been going a little easier for a bit (and also taking more time for mobility)....I'm just tired. I love weights work though and just needed an extra day after the upper body and shoulders work I did on Monday. With my sleep so poor, my eating is also not enough (appetite isn't the usual and too depleted to cook good stuff) and it isn't a good "base" for trying to build any muscle. Anyway, that's that I suppose! It's 230 am here now.
