Good morning girls! Siobhan, nice 45 min. C&E metabolic cardio & bodyweight workout this morning!
There are two types of rebounders nowadays, spring & bungee ones. My Urban Rebounder is a spring
rebounder which is just fine for me and the low impact moves I do on it. I have minimal jarring, if any at all,
cause I keep the moves lower ............and some people say the spring ones are "squeaky" when bouncing
on them. Mine has little to no squeak, but it's old, and probably "worn" in.

If I were to have to get a new
one, I would again choose a spring one, cause I would want my bouncing surface to be "firm" with no "caving"
in the middle, which is what I have with the one I use now. Just research the different ones and see what
might be what you are looking for. Some workouts really get pretty higher intensity with the bouncing, etc.,
but that's not me! Also you can get them with a stability bar, some come with bands, etc. you can attach
for strength moves, etc. There's a ton of them out there, and as far as workouts, YouTube has more than
you could probably ever do!
