Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did more C&E for 45 minutes - metabolic cardio + bodyweight. I'll do my own stretch.

Linda - Thx for the recs. I'll check out that brand of rebounder and the workouts.
Annette - congrats to your son! I'll check out his book. thanks for sharing :)
Nora - wowza! that was a big workout from you yesterday. I'm impressed.

Good morning girls! Siobhan, nice 45 min. C&E metabolic cardio & bodyweight workout this morning!
There are two types of rebounders nowadays, spring & bungee ones. My Urban Rebounder is a spring
rebounder which is just fine for me and the low impact moves I do on it. I have minimal jarring, if any at all,
cause I keep the moves lower ............and some people say the spring ones are "squeaky" when bouncing
on them. Mine has little to no squeak, but it's old, and probably "worn" in. :) If I were to have to get a new
one, I would again choose a spring one, cause I would want my bouncing surface to be "firm" with no "caving"
in the middle, which is what I have with the one I use now. Just research the different ones and see what
might be what you are looking for. Some workouts really get pretty higher intensity with the bouncing, etc.,
but that's not me! Also you can get them with a stability bar, some come with bands, etc. you can attach
for strength moves, etc. There's a ton of them out there, and as far as workouts, YouTube has more than
you could probably ever do!

CoffeyFit Raw- "10 min. Heavy Bag Finisher"

My internet has been out most of the morning, they are doing work in my area.

Today was a rest day from weights per the rotation I am doing, so I did Cathe's Gloved Up and Sweaty for some cardio. So that is 39 minutes of sweat.

Now I am getting ready to go meet my friend for some shopping before it gets cold again tomorrow.

Yes, I went to Amazon & read about your son's book. Sounds interesting. I usually get books from
Apple and read on my ipad. I will check from time to time when they get it in their online book store.

Sorry about your internet being out this morning. I know what that is like.
I have to watch my data usage meaning I can't do YT streaming workouts as often as I'd like so I mix it up with Dvds, so glad I kept those. I did check out your son's book at amazon and read the description, very cool world he's created.
I wish him much success and continued love of writing.

It's a facial laser that goes 4 layers deep in the skin. There is a series of 4. That was my 3rd. The second one was horrible! Looks like you have a really, really bad sunburn. It took about 8 days to heal. This one didn't feel as intense, and she said it was because my skin was getting stronger and more accepting of the laser. Anyway, I'm doing the last one in January.
