Hi good morning Tammy, Jane and everyone who post later. Yesterday I started my second round of Slim Series slim training program. I did Shape it Up, TJ cardio party nº 1, Turbo Jam Turbo Sculpt and stationary bike for 2 hours. Today I will do Firm it Up, TJ 20 minutes workout, Turbo Jam lower body blast and stationary bike.
