Today I taught my aerobic dance workout to 7 ladies for about 51 minutes.

Then I did 30 minutes of light to moderate weight dumbbells for upper body and some floorwork abs and legs.

I have to go to the dentist this afternoon.

I wore a more fitted top to the gym and got compliments on how slim I looked. One compliment came from a man that I talk to frequently at the gym.

Hi ladies!

I am back... with a workout to report! [emoji2]

I had an appointment at the hospital to discuss the labor and was quite stressed getting there on time with Mick. We just made it on time only to discover there was no appointment in their system for me. So I called the gyno department to ask what was going on, turns out someone had cancelled that appointment two days after Mick was born as the appointment was an intake and the baby had already been born. I guess the doc that made the appointment booked it under the wrong code. They asked if I wanted to make a new appointment for the check up... euh? No thanks. I have no desire to keep discussing the labor, I am fine now.

So that combined with a frustrating day with my breast pump made me in real need of a workout, so early evening my bf was home and Mick was napping so I grabbed the chance.

I couldn't help it... I needed to have fun, not feel I was working hard so I went with one of my favorites: Party Rocking Step 2, but modifying the jacks and only doing the warm up and first 3 combo's. I then moved on to Jillian Michaels 10 minute body, doing the boot camp booty workout. Boy did it feel good to workout after 2 weeks of nothing. It probably won't help my milk supply or lack there of, but it will help my mental health and happiness.

Hi ladies. Good for you Annette! A compliment can really turn your day around right? You've worked hard too. Congrats.

Henriette, I'm so happy for you that you could just move and feel good about it. I think our mental health is just as important to keep fit. I was having an ugly day once and was telling a friend about it, her response to me was "Uh oh, I sense a workout coming on". Amen to that! But I'm glad you're both doing well. What kind of medicine would help w/ the milk? I guess I'm too old because I didn't use a pump. I'm not sure they existed 30 years ago.

Hi to everyone else. Glad to see all of you checking in. Today I did Cathe's Greatest Hits dvd. It might be the closest I get to a "blender" type of workout. Like Henriette, I just wanted to have fun and sweat!

I'm sorry Henriette, you had your baby? Congratulations! I hope everything is going well for you!

I did a jog yesterday and today. I felt I was running strong. Turned out I'm running like 12 and 13 minute miles. Back to where I was when I was overweight. But I'm sure it will improve.

I'm also doing a little step, just for fun. 4 inch step.
