Good morning girls ! Happy Wednesday to all ! Hope your day is good ! Elsie, I am so sorry you still are
not feeling well. Please feel better soon ! Good workout Henriette, hope you have a super day ! and hello
to Ceci and Annette, after today, I'll be off for 4 days, Thanksgiving day, then taking a vacation day on
Friday and the normal weekend. I won't be doing any thing special for Thanksgiving, just enjoying the day
off, and giving thanks for many blessings in my life, one being the little Coco sitting on my lap right now as
I am typing.
 
Hi gals,

Today I did a 45 minute circuit workout at the gym 10 minutes of weight work then 10 minutes on the stair machine then 10 minutes of weight work then 10 minutes on the elliptical and then 5 minutes of ab work all before teaching my class to 2 ladies, we did an all aerobic workout for 50 minutes.

Now bring on the turkey tomorrow!

Henriette, Cabela's is an outdoor store with hunting and fishing and guns and ammo. They have attire for everyone, dog stuff, shoes, even rustic furniture and cabin decor. There is even a restaurant. They also sell boats, tents and they have a gun library that contains expensive one of the kind guns and rifles.

We had fun, hubby got some pants and canvas bags that were on sale.


I found a 3 DVD set of The Method style Pilates at The Salvation Army Store for $2.11! That was a steal. I didn't need anything at Cabela's this time.

Oh and this Cabela's is the biggest in the country.

Today I did Cathe Live Metabolic Mash up - about 30 minutes. I added on my own workout blender EDT of chest and triceps. it was good.

Hello to all. This evening I did a blender mix of High Step Circuit. I really enjoy that workout. The normal
Workout is 6 circuits, so in the blender I divided it into 2 workouts, 3 circuits in each, so abt 30 min each.

Hi ladies,

Late with my Wednesday check in. I am really making a habit of checking in the morning after.

Yesterday half a day work as always on Wednesdays then an afternoon with kids. School run & lunch and then double trainings so definitely getting lots of steps in.

At night I had another late w/o... This time KCM 30min to fitness Stepboxing w/o 1 & 2 so 54min in total. Despite not being able to jump and run I still got a good w/o somehow even getting HR up to 165 at one point. Quite impressed with that as I am still not allowed to run or jump.

Unfortunately I don't feel like I am on the mend at all. No difference in my shin/calve pains despite everything being modified for so long already and all the stretching and rolling. This afternoon I have an apt with a manual therapist so I hope she can find out what the cause is of my pain and how we can get rid of it.

Happy Thanksgiving to all Americans. We don't celebrate it here, but I always look forward to it due to all the Black Friday sales. [emoji2] Last year amazon.co.uk had a lot of Beachbody programs for a fraction of their regular price. Like BodyGospel for 2 pounds for the whole program. Haven't used it much yet, but I couldn't not buy it for that price.

Yesterday I ordered more Tracey Mallett dvds. 4 and a book and incl shipping it was just 25 for the whole lot! Lots of quick blasts so I can add them on to other w/o's or just take a 6min break when needed. I really need to organize all my dvds!

Hope for some good sales for xmas presents.
