Today is rest day, but I'll be cleaning house and doing another segment of AB Hits.

Talk about scary. I am going to try the Interval blast challenge from Hardcore Extreme. If I survive, I'll let you know! Plus some upper body.

WOW! Everyone is doing such great workouts today.

I woke up late x( I only had about 40 minutes so I decided to do Power circuit so I could get both cardio and legs in. I did Step blast warm up and then went to the circuit part of Power Circuit. The abs part was interupted by my 4 year old. :( I hope to get some abs in later this afternoon.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this thread, hope you don't mind a drop-in! I'm happy because I did High Step Circuit this morning. Lunges are hard for me, but the Leg Presses are getting easier, so I'll keep working those muscles.

I'll be checking in daily; I love to talk about my daily accomplishments and reading yours.

Looks like today is rest day for some of you. Mine usually comes on the weekend.

Hi all, late workout for me but I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit this afternoon for my workout.

My weight is dropping back down from my all time weekend high which I really hated to see, so it is a good thing that it is coming back down.

I have to take 2 cats and 3 boys to the vet this afternoon( of course only the cats are seeing the vet,LOL!) the boys have to come along because daddy won't be home from work yet to watch them for me. Should be a "fun" trip!!:eek: :+ :7
