Melanie - like you, I have pretty much all of Cathe's dvds - and about another 300+ workouts, programs etc.. I love variety. The Workout Blender got me hooked - and a friend at work too! We can't stop blending! Plus the live workouts are pretty amazing too but it's true - i barely touch anything else in my collection and I should cos I would enjoy them.

Strong and Sweaty PHA training. New to me- strength and cardio all in one. Will definitely repeat.
 
Hi ladies,

Arm still hurts. But today I taught my Killer Kickbox workout to 7 ladies for about 43 minutes.

My arm was really hurting by the end. I came home and took son to work and came back and cleaned some. Now I have my arm wrapped in a heating pad.
