Hi gals,

Today I went to the gym and did 10 minutes on the stair machine. Then I taught my aerobic/kickbox circuit class to 6 ladies for an hour. Then I did 40 minutes of weight work light day . But I did pyramid style for chest press and flies. It felt good, but again I didn't go above 25 pounds for chest press and 15 pounds for chest flies. The shoulder is healing just slowly.

Hi ladies,

Despite it being Wednesday and pretty nice out we decided not to bike to school. So I could do a regular workout and my son had a bball training today so he was not up for joining me. I did Low Max for the first time ever. Good workout and my legs were burning. Due to rewinding when I got confused it took 80min instead of 70 and my legs were burning! I am modifying my kicks these days but for the rest I can still keep up.

Annette - glad your shoulder is healing.

Linda and Elsie - sorry to hear your pets are unwell. I honestly believe pets become a real part of the family, no different from kids, so I can only imagine the heartache. My thoughts are with you both.

Elsie - will be watching House of Cards tonight. Last nighg after putting my son to bed my bf was already in the middle of a movie when I came downstairs so I just relaxed on the couch with a book, except I was so pooped I fell asleep after about 5 minutes. Annoying as I love the book I am currently reading.

Hi everyone. Oh dear Elsie and Linda, I hope your furry family members are ok. That's heartbreaking. It's so difficult because they can't talk and tell you what hurts or what they need. I've been there. I'm thinking if you. Today I did Cathe Live. Her latest with the bands. It was fun and kind of reminded me of high step challenge (without the high step). 7 circuits of cardio and toning. Have a good evening everyone.
 
Good workouts today you three. :) I haven't done Low Max, Henriette. Yeah, it looks tough coordination-wise, which is my downfall. You should see me try to play badminton! lol. Hope you and the wee one have been feeling very good. :) We got through most of the first episode of HOC last night. We were both tired, so DH went to bed and I just turned on EuroNews channel before some long holding yoga poses.
Glad your shoulder is on the heal, Annette. My right shoulder also does not like chest flies. I personally think they are unnecessary, so I do not do the traditional ones. Cable/heavy band standing flies both at chest level and higher work well.
Hey to everyone who follows or who are taking their rest time/day. Linda, Mouser took an appetite stimulant last night, but it really has not helped. Feeling a little defeated. You know what I mean.

For my workout, I did an extended warm-up: lots of lunges etc. & into a Shelly Dose/youtube Cardio KB abs & glutes focused w/o for a total of a 28 minute session. Not 7 circuits like you Peg. Way to go!! :) But 4. Cathe makes 'em fly by though right?

unwell pets? that's not good. I hope everything turns around. i have a dog and we love out dog! Don't ever want anything to happen to her.

Today I did my own workout blender for legs and cardio. not much else today. work, dh's b-day so made a raw cheesecake and we went to our fav. restaurant. have a good evening friends.

Today, I started doing the X10 warmup, low impact section & stretch, I got thru the warmup, but about 3 min into
The low impact section, I realized I really wasn't enjoying it, so I just said the hell with this and stopped :)
I really like that warmup and use it a lot in my blender mixes, and the stretch, but never have "clicked" with the
Rest of the sections....probably should not have even picked that one. Oh well, at least I did the warmup!!!!
