Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out yesterday, shared my workout but got distracted and didn't post it :( Yesterday I did a 45 minute YT KB workout. Today I did another 50 minute KB workout from the same guy (precision KB).

Linda - I hope you're enjoying your workout!
Nicki - I can't get over how quickly you're recovering! RWH? That's one of the toughest series for me. WTG!
Annette - sounds like yesterday at the gym wasn't as busy as Monday :)

LMRE2- Kickbox Fusion = 42 Min & Ab Hits - Workout #9 - Power Hour = 6 Min Nice long workout session!

Today, I just had one longer workout- Blender- "No Weights: Total Body Bands & Loops" - 43 min.
Indeed, I must do a bit more cleaning today......I started yesterday, but LOL!, got distracted :) blending more
workouts!

Hi ladies,

Quick one today have a doctor's appointment soon. I did Cathe's Gloved Up and Sweaty the cardio 39 minute routine.

I am a sweaty mess (humid outside and raining) and I modified, wow!!
