I am back at it this morning. Thank goodness. Today I did the most recent Cathe Live - cardio sculpt for 49 minutes. I loved it and I'm sweating.

Wow!! It is too blazing hot and humid to be working out at home but I did. So today was the cardio portions only off of Cardio-Camp Workout with Kimberly Spreen and I am a sweaty mess!!

51 minutes of hi/lo aerobics alternated with kickboxing segments, 3 of each then she strings each group together.

So my cardio is finished and I have a dentist appointment this afternoon. Please pray that they find no new issues with my teeth, thanks.
