Today was a kickboxing workout off of On Demand Fitness which was ok and by no means advanced like it said it was. Then 40 minutes at the gym where I did 35 pound dumbbells hammer curls for biceps for 8 reps. Did 95 pounds on the barbell for chest press also along with other exercises for chest, triceps, back, shoulders and biceps along with abs.
I think Cathe should give us something for keeping the longest running check in alive. What do you think?
