LMRE2- PHA Cardio Fusion= 36 Min
Turbo Jam- Ab Jam = 10 Min Standing Abs Only.

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Home Gym Intervals # 1 - 25 min. ( I really like Kelly's Home Gym Intervals dvd, but this
one is one of her "Raw" workouts and I believe it's my favorite of them all!)
Interval Timer App- " Cycle Hiit & Lower Body Loop Intervals" - 15 min.

That's it! Gotta try & finish up my cleaning.....another workout in itself! LOL!

Good Morning Everyone,

Sorry to be MIA - Monday was a rest day (due to poor sleep) and Tuesday I was under the weather :( . Today I feel much better and did Cathe's RUUB for 47 minutes.

Linda - nice mix this morning!
Annette - big gyms workouts for you this week, so far :)
Nora - WTG with yesterday's workout. I always admire your stamina and mental focus to do two full workouts at a time.

Hi ladies,

Today was at home cardio day. So I picked Cathe's Rockout Knockout. I had on my boxing gloves for the 1st 2 segments, took them off for the segment after Cathe's gang uses gloves. I forgot how much cardio is in this workout and there was no modifier in the workout. I made it through but I am a sweaty mess.

The doctor is not concerned with how high my heartrate is during cardio exercise. So I guess I can do anything but I will be forever listening to my body.

Cathe's Rockout Knockout Workout- with gloves for 2 segments- that is a killer workout. I don't believe I've ever done the whole thing. I usually opt for a premixes due to time. It's still a killer workout and so fun, it's a favorite of mine. WTG and high fives and be awesome:)

Time got away from me today. I wasn't able to all I had on my workout schedule for today, but I did do part of it.

Here's today's workout:

Perfect30 Perfect Pump- Lower Body + Extended Stretch = 37 Min
That's all I had time for today with shopping and errands:)
