Linda- Fun mix of workouts today with:
CoffeyFit Raw- "Home Gym Intervals # 1 - 25 min. ( I really like Kelly's Home Gym Intervals dvd, but this
one is one of her "Raw" workouts and I believe it's my favorite of them all!)- I have a dvd of H.G.I - but that was a KCM fit one. Perhaps the Raw is a different mix or other.
Interval Timer App- " Cycle Hiit & Lower Body Loop Intervals" - 15 min.YAY! Bike!!! loops are great too!

Cathe's Rockout Knockout Workout- with gloves for 2 segments- that is a killer workout. I don't believe I've ever done the whole thing. I usually opt for a premixes due to time. It's still a killer workout and so fun, it's a favorite of mine. WTG and high fives and be awesome

Time got away from me today. I wasn't able to all I had on my workout schedule for today, but I did do part of it.
Here's today's workout:
Perfect30 Perfect Pump- Lower Body + Extended Stretch = 37 Min
That's all I had time for today with shopping and errands
