Good morning,
Today I did KickMax w/u, combos 1-4; IMAX3 Step Premix (no w/u) and stretch; KickMax leg conditioning drills, and stretch. A very thorough workout. I feel really, really good now. I love how those conditioning drills and stretches stretch out my whole hip and lower back area. I always feel really loosey-goosey when I'm done. And I'm seeing definite increases in my flexibility. I actually managed to do the whole of the first leg conditioning segment without a break! Progress!!
