Today I did 35 minutes of LMR2 Lower Body. I was chatting with my DH too much :( . I will stretch now.

Linda - WTG with your mix of cardio and weights!
Annette - I'm glad to read your DH is finding some relief from career burnout. When will he move to part-time?
Nora - Thanks so much for the workout recs. I was wondering about who/what I was going to spin to!
Nicki - Amazing that your surgery is straightforward. Keep us posted as we want you back working out with us!

Hi ladies,

Today was Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble with my gloves on for 41 minutes.

Nice quick cardio before heading to the doctor (just a regular visit).

Siobhan, hubby won't go part time anytime soon because the other co-worker can't necessarily run things by herself. Plus their inspection didn't go as well as they hoped so he needs to see this through.

Power Hour = 55 Min - I Knew it was a tough one from memory. But Wow!!
Equipment: Step w/3 Risers each side, BB 20, 35, 40 pound weights, DB's 5, 8, 10 pound DB pairs

XTrain Ride- D10- Premix #4- Express Ride= 31 Min
