Hi gals,

Feeling better, not sure I am 100% yet but getting there.

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 11 ladies for 50 minutes then did an hour of heavy weight work taking lots of breaks. Lost ground on bench press but I will get it back. I did not do legs today,

And I also did abs, which surprisingly didn't hurt from all the bloat and distention.

But I kept off the 2 pounds that I lost yesterday, whoohooo !

Sunny and windy here today and cold.

Ah Annette...the stomach bug is good for something huh?! Be healthy. Today I did Cathe Low max and finished it! It was great. I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying their workouts or well deserved rest! Happy day to all who follow.

Hi Ceci! Yes I did! You have a good memory girl! I couldn't get through the whole thing last week, had to modify, take quick breaks etc. I'm very stubborn and feel a weird need to "complete" a workout. So I did it again, now I'm satisfied and can move on. Weird, I know.

Oh, that blender sounds really nice, Linda. Henriette, you must be looking forward to the Bball season coming to a close soon. I bet your son has lots of (summer) activities too! It's wonderful that you are so involved & pro-active in him being in sports.

Today, I went to a class (50 mins) called 'Cardio Circuits'. 70% of the circuits involved lifting moderate weight or tubing, so it was really a pretty total body workout except not a lot of bicep work. I found it tough & dranks lots of spearmint water! (having gas issues....... don't want to be that farty lady in a class!!) Hope to get in more of these as they are $1.50 on Tues & Wedn's. Can't complain. Now I am off to do Jennifer Galardi Dancer Abs.

Late with my check in.... again.

Wednesday was a busy day, half day work, then after picking up my son from school (they have half days on Wednesdays) we had to head into the city center as his mobile had dropped out of his pocket Tuesday on the way home from school and the screen had smashed into 100 pieces. He goes by bus 4 days a week and on those days I want to be able to reach him and have him call me, when he gets to school etc. so we really couldn't wait with fixing it until the weekend. As soon as the phone was done we had to rush off to training. 2 in a row... and then running errands while waiting for my son to finish his trainings and by the time I got home I was wiped out. I could have fallen asleep right there and then. With all that rushing about I had gotten lots of steps in, even meeting my calorie burn for the day, so I decided to have an early night instead of a w/o.

Elsie - I am looking forward to the season coming to an end, giving me more time for other things, but it will still be a while. My son has games (some play offs etc) in May, and there are other tournaments etc as well... and often trainings go on until just before the summer break starts in mid July, so I think we will still be busy with basketball the upcoming months.
