Hi Ladies,

Still feeling a bit under the weather...

But worked out anyway ha ha

This morning I did Cathe's Cardio Supersets + 13 minutes of KCM's new step boxing. that was pretty fun but had to stop 'cos not feeling my best.

Thanks for the response Annette. And conni - I could share my chocolate chip recipe with you. I can email it. I really don't share it with anyone but for you... I will. It's a pretty good recipe - swear!

Hi all,

I did 35 min. of taebo today for my cardio.. did 35 min. combined off of 2 different workouts. Used my weighted gloves for one of the workouts.

I sent in my resignation today,pray it is received well, thanks.

Annette - Your resignation was something you had to do, how it is received is not your issue, the fact that you needed to do it is...No one is irreplaceable, time will pass, they ( and you ) will move on.

Today was LIS TBT Upper Body, planning on the Pyramid Hiit tomorrow, not enough time for both today.
 
Hi ladies. Tonight I did 4ds kickboxing and legs. I don't really care for this kickboxing. It kills my calves. Only did part of the legs workout because I had a tough time recovering from the leg press using a 20 lbs db. Not sure why so I thought I should listen to body and stop.

Feeling tired tonight.
