Today I found a new Taebo from yesterday so very very new. It was mostly balanced except for 1 set of exercises but I sweated. He is really too fast with the moves to execute them properly in my opinion and even some of people in the video struggle. I find myself doing things at half speed so I can execute the move correctly and use the right muscles. Anyway, it is a great workout.
This one was 56 minutes long and I got over 4300 steps doing it.
