Today's workouts:

YT-Coach Ali- "Full Body Compound Weight Plate Workout" - 19 min.
LMR2E: "Dynamic Flexibility & Core" dvd mix- 15 min.

That's it for me....a little shorter today, gotta have those "shorter" days...:)

Nora, nice combo yesterday with LMR2E- Elevated Total Body = 50 Min. and
KCM 30MTF- Boxfit- Boxing workout #1= 34 Min Weights & cardio, can't do better than that!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Yesterday I did LIS for 30 minutes (I had to stop - too many text msgs from one of my DD's). Today I did a Leomoves bodyweight w/o from YT for 40minutes. I added on Cathe's CF warm-up for 6 minutes. Cathe's hair is so beautiful in her opening comments. Wow. Lovely colour and shine.

Hi ladies,

Today was Jamie McKagan Cardio Kickboxing with weighted intervals for 40 minutes. Considering that I did shoulders and legs yesterday this workout was a bit more than my body wanted to do weight wise after yesterday's workout. But I muddled through and got it done.

Nice workouts ladies!! Keep up the great work!!

I get my bridge today, so I will finally be able to chew on 1 side of my mouth, Yay!!
