Good morning everyone,

I was going to take a rest day today as I've now worked out 7 days in a row. After my 5th consecutive day working out my body starts to resist my mind. I didn't listen today or yesterday as I get too excited by YT finds.

Today I found a new YT instructor. I did a mix of a Cathe warm-up (2ce as I did 10 minutes), a 35 minute KB/cardio workout which tool longer as I needed breaks and now I will do my own extended stretch. I'm drenched.

Linda - enjoy your w/o. thanks for the tips about the jump rope segment
Annette - WTG with yesterday's w/o. I read that the health crisis you experienced can come on unexpectedly with no underlying health issues. I mean you are healthy!!!!
Nicki - of all the workouts you could have done... you and Annette did the same one!
Nora - I remember that kickboxing workout. It has a long slow build up but then gets you in the last half! If I'm remembering correctly. I never gravitated to that series much.

Well, no official workout today. I finally made it to the pool for about 2.5 hours of sun before this huge dark cloud rolled in and covered the entire pool area. I stayed about 30 minutes longer and then left. And of course as I was packing up the sun came out,sigh. I still left. It was actually starting to rain big drops with the sun shining. Little girls kept saying 'hey it's raining but the sun is shining ' over and over. I got to see my pool friends so that was nice.

Siobhan, a pulmonary embolism is a sneaky thing like high blood pressure is a silent killer, a PE can be the same way. Thankfully, I figured something was wrong and made it to the hospital in time.
