Nora, fun one yesterday with Virtual Active Connect 18 Wine Tour- Disc 1 - Class 2 Cabernet Savignon = 47 Min
The Firm -Turbo Charge Weight Loss- Burn & Firm = 20 Min
The Firm Flat Abs Solution- Firm & Flat Abs- = 10 Min - Good abs stuff, just not knee friendly

I don't believe I have the Turbo Charge one....probably because it is higher impact.

Today's workout:

Blender- High Step Challenge Bootcamp - 44 min.

Annette, hope some of your soreness has gone away..........

Hi ladies, just back from the hematologist and they found no genetic markers or disorders that could account for the 'near catastrophic ' pulmonary embolism and DVT. So I have no idea what caused it but I am on Eliquis for life because no cause was found.

Follow up echo and cardiologist was all he said and he dismissed me with no need to see him again.

I am still very sore, maybe not quite as bad as yesterday. But pretty sure I am taking a rest day today.
 
Well, Jamie McKagan had a new Cardio Kickboxing workout which was only 31 minutes so I did it mostly to help work out the soreness. Kicking was painful but I made it through.


Come on, you gals knew I couldn't not do something.....

Well if I couldn't lift a leg or a finger then maybe I would not have done anything.



But.....




You never know!!???



Ok, add on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, very painful legs and painful glutes,ugh!! And a stretch which didn't really help much, sigh.

Did you like this one? Was the blender with a lot of choreography or more basic? I do like step but a lot of the dancey moves are too much for me. :)

Annette, it's good they found no genetic markers or disorders but you still must be a little worried if they did not find the cause.

Of course, Annette, you just couldn't help yourself with a workout today with Jamie McKagan new Cardio Kickboxing workout which was only 31 minutes AND THEN 20 minutes of floorwork for abs.
You are so predictable!! Nice job!
 
My shoulder is still hurting a bit and now my lower back is acting up so I did
Perfect 30 Mobility for 32 minutes and Step Boss Lying Extension for 10 minutes.

Monday, I ended up taking a vacation day to meet the contractors at Jeff's condo and we went to Lowe's to get paint and a few other things, then the contractor that's putting in the granite countertops for the kitchen came to measure, then back to the granite store to make the downpayment, then back to Lowe's to return a few things that were not the correct size (blinds) and that basically took the entire day. So, yesterday I worked 11.5 hours because I was so far behind. Really looking forward to retirement. OY VEY

Annette- Yay! Hematologist says your blood work shows no genetic markers for the pulmonary embolism, that's great news! Good luck on the other things you mentioned. The jist of it sounds like very very good news!! Sorry your sore from your gym workout yesterday.

I see you could not resist Jamie McKagan had a new Cardio Kickboxing workout which = 31 minutes. I'm glad it helped to ease the soreness. so I did it mostly to help work out the soreness. Plus you added on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, very painful legs and glutes. Sorry about the soreness, that stinks. I'm sure your exercise will help to loosen things up more and you'll be able to feel better soon.

Had to cancel my bike workout today as we had a couch to put in our living room and rearrange stuff and make a repair on this new to us couch. At least I got part of my workout in.
