I see you could not resist Jamie McKagan had a new Cardio Kickboxing workout which = 31 minutes. I'm glad it helped to ease the soreness. so I did it mostly to help work out the soreness. Plus you added on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, very painful legs and glutes. Sorry about the soreness, that stinks. I'm sure your exercise will help to loosen things up more and you'll be able to feel better soon.

Had to cancel my bike workout today as we had a couch to put in our living room and rearrange stuff and make a repair on this new to us couch. At least I got part of my workout in.
