Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- " 4 day Split- Chest & Back" - 23 min.
YT-Michelle Briehler- 10 min. Rebounder Cardio Core with Ankle weights

That's it! One thing I am realizing is that right now I need to limit lower body and focus more on upper.
or limit range of motion on lower body, ex: squats, lunges, especially side, and deadlifts.

Aqua girl… good idea to focus on upper body until the pain completely resolves. Sometimes it’s hard to take a rest, especially when you’re so active every day.

Decided to switch up my schedule this morning since I saw CD was offering a Side Hustle class. Unilateral work with isolated and compound moves. Eight exercises standing and six on the floor. Exactly what I need post accident for strength and balance. Still uneven 4 years later. Celebrated Christmas in July with Cathe Live #425 Merry HIIT-Mas Express.

Linda, that is a good workout. I feel the same way as you concerning concentrating on upper body. My leg is still not right from the injury from October, and it seems anything I do with my lower body aggravates it even more.
 
Worked late last night and seems I will be working late tonight as well. Will try hard to get something in - even if it's only 15 or 20 minutes! I'll check back in later.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was 3 1/2 hours at the pool on a very hot humid day. So I went into the pool 3 different times and did nothing but pool exercises for a grand total of 64 minutes plus 2.5 hours of lying in the sun!

So I am beat, the sun was brutal today.

Nice workouts ladies!! Good job Linda!!

Should be the gym tomorrow.

WTG & high fives:) I read you comment about limiting lower body workouts in range of motion or frequency. May I suggest Cathe's Restore workouts, and new one when released, Lite- Stacked Lower Body, Yoga, and Mat Pilates types of workouts may be helpful. Great workouts today and for observing what workouts will help and not hurt moving forward. I know I'm having to be mindful of that for t of thing as well. Have a blessed evening;)
