I read you comment about limiting lower body workouts in range of motion or frequency. May I suggest Cathe's Restore workouts, and new one when released, Lite- Stacked Lower Body, Yoga, and Mat Pilates types of workouts may be helpful. Great workouts today and for observing what workouts will help and not hurt moving forward. I know I'm having to be mindful of that for t of thing as well. Have a blessed evening
