Hi Everyone,

Today I did yoga with Brett Larkin on youtube. I really enjoyed it. I worked out yesterday as well - Millionaire Hoy - upper body workout + 150 KB swings.

It's been a terribly hot summer here too.

Lannette - my goodness you had a long workout yesterday. wow! such stamina!

Today I had 5 ladies including 1 new lady for my Weights, Cardio and Weights 1 routine which was 55 minutes.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work using the pyramid method up and down for chest flies and press, hammer curls and triceps. Also covered back, hit shoulders hard on my class so didn't hit them again. Plus floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes.

Hello All!
Today was KY & Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast. I’m really enjoying the Xtrain WOs! I may or may not add a CS episode tonight. I’ve been doing a lot of heavy lifting housework today and I’m feeling pretty mellow.

Siobhan, I was a marathoner in my younger years. I don’t run long distance these days but love the challenge of a good long workout for endurance.

Week 4 of my rotation is also a challenge week so the longer workouts are in order after taking it easy during week 3. :)
 
Hi all,

I did no official workout. Did some shopping and cleaning. I just didn't feel like it so I took a rest day. It's just too hot.
