Good Morning Everyone,

Welcome Lisa! So happy to have you here. Always feel free to start the thread off each day if you are the first one up and at it.

Today I just did a Cathe Live cycling. My endurance is getting much better. I managed 40 minutes + stretch - running out of time

Lisa - Afterburn is tough for me. Whenever I pull it out I only do a premix of one set each = 30 minutes

Thank you for the warm welcome. I have been posting for many years and my current check in has all but died out!

Today was High Energy Kickbox Live. I really enjoyed it.

Ceci - I would love to be able to do one of the cycling workouts but we do not have a bike at home.

Annette - Do you teach at the gym everyday?

We have been in a terrible weather pattern here in the Northeast. All we have had since Sunday is rain and high humidity!

Hi ladies,

Lisa, yes, I teach 4 classes at a gym, 2 classes on Mondays (Silver and Fit; Sweat with Annette) one at 9am the other at 10:30am. Then on Wednesdays and Fridays I just teach my Sweat with Annette class at 10:30am.

Today I taught my Killer Kickbox routine to 10 ladies for about 43 minutes. Then I did 55 minutes of weights ( my own workout).

Hopefully hubby is well enough to go away tomorrow. I have a sub teaching my class on Friday.

ICE Lower Body Blast.
On stale legs this morning- did everything without weights.

"Sweat with Annette"... Love that!

Halfway though the week- here's to some good workouts the second half!
