Bon Matin mes amies!

Today I did a mix of DTHT for biceps and back (35 minutes) and added on 10 minutes of Phoenix Nation jump rope for 10 minutes (Nora, your workout yesterday inspired me). I will do my own stretch.

Aqua girl…. if you didn’t Google it, I was about to. Ha ha. Glad you are taking it easy. Did you watch any good Hallmark movies?


Cathe Live: Pumped Up Upper Body (#360). Four rounds that were repeated with a little step cardio at the beginning of each circuit.
This was much faster paced than I expected. Very metabolic! Super short stretch so I added on a 5 minute one. Followed by 20 minutes of MB’s weighted vest walking workout. (Only the first half).

Calico… how is the dental work feeling today?
 
Hey ladies,

My mouth feels better, this morning it hurt especially on the back side of one tooth where he had to add more numbing since they only initially put the numbing on the front side . I did chew on the inside of my lip some while trying to eat so it is a tad swollen and sore.

But I went to the pool for 30 minutes of pool exercises and 2 hours and 40 minutes of intermittent sun and clouds. It was breezy and not very crowded. So that was my workout for today.

Nice workouts ladies. Linda, glad you are feeling better but still taking it easy.
