Good Morning Everyone,

Where's Henriette and Sandy?

Today I did TT buff dudes and chicks - there is practically no rest for the entire 30 minutes! I added on pilates by Lisa.

I don't know where everyone it, I was wondering the same thing yesterday.

Today it was hot so we went to the gym where I did a 75 min. circuit including the stair machine(cardio), chest, triceps, and calf work then the elliptical for cardio, then shoulder and biceps and ab work. It was a good workout and long.

Talked to the gym owners wife and I have emailed the husband about me teaching classes. I put it in his hands because we are all out money if he doesn't use me, but we have to be careful because I am not 'certified' as a group instructor. We shall see.

Oh and I did 3 reps at 105 pounds on the barbell today. So that is my heaviest weight thus far.

I hope it gets ironed out Annette. That's such a wonderful service you are offering. I understood that by doing CPR, you were certified? This was ages ago, and I am pretty sure regulations have become tighter since then, but I used to volunteer with a couple of senior's day programs where I helped out with the balance/fall prevention classes and when I had time, the women's fitness classes in the evenings. As long as we all had up-to-date CPR, studied the manuals and the seniors liked us, we could instruct. As long as we were not going outside of the perimeters of what could be taught.

Today I did 40 mins on the ski machine & hopefully tonight if all the noise subsides, I will do some Essentrics. I have a lot recorded on pvr now.
