Good Morning Annette,

Good job on the CD. You really are dedicated to fitness.

Today I did another workout blender cycle/xtrain back/tricep workout with my own stretch.

Have a good day and enjoy your workout(s)

Hi Ceci,

I went to the gym early to get my weight workout done before teaching my class. So that was 35 minutes.

Then I taught the new walking workout to 7 ladies for 55 minutes. Most like it but my one lady who has been with me from the beginning did not. She wasn't challenged by it.

Oh well you win some you lose some. I may scratch it or do something else with the music.

Laying in the sun at home today.

Have a great day!![emoji41]

Hello-
I came across your daily check in and would like to join you.
I am currently doing the July rotation as I am tapering down on running for a while and want some daily variety.
Today was Strong and Sweaty PHA. Really enjoyed it although I know my glutes will be crying tomorrow.

Melanie! Welcome. A new check in friend. I love the S&S series.

We start a new thread everyday. Please feel free to start the thread daily if you are the first one up and at it.

Hi Melanie, yay someone new. Welcome to our little group. Like Ceci said feel free to start the check in daily if you are the 1st to check in for the day.

Hey Ceci, question for you. Since my workout I taught this morning kind of flopped I have been rethinking the format trying to still use the music.

Part 1 was 15 minutes long, slow walking pace 60's song which included the warm up song.

Part 2 was 23 minutes of faster paced up to a jogging pace songs. More current music than old.

Part 3 was 12 minutes of the 60's music so slower pace again and included the cooldown song.

My one lady thought it needed weights, and to be more challenging.

So what if I did the warm up, then weights like dumbbells and barbell work for the Part 1, then do a really intense cardio for Part 2. Then go back to weights / abs/non weighted exercises for Part 3.

How does that sound?

Any feedback welcome, thanks.
