Today was Cathe Live compound weights from last week. Wow! I was breathing big time! Would love to know the cardio effect on that one.

This morning I did MH Upper Body dumbbell workout + Xtrain Burnsets Bi's/tri's.

Thanks Conni, I had the 2nd part of the interview today. I think the lady and I hit it off well. So now I wait.

Today was the 8 Minute Taebo and then later we went to the gym for 50 minutes.
