Good morning all!

Nora, another stellar workout yesterday with
The Firm Cardio Weight System- hi-def Sculpt Express = 25 Min
The Firm Flat Abs Solution- Firm & Flat Abs- = 10 Min -lots of knee stuff prisoner squats not a fan of this one.
Cycle Max- Cycle Max Express = 41 Min

I'm not sure I have ever done that particular abs workout on the Firm Flat Abs Solution. There is one on there
that I did like, but it was kinda' hard.....I think it's all standing........need to pull the dvd out and see which one
it is.

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Hip Hip Hooray, It's PHA!" - 34 min.
YT-Sunny Health & Fitness- "Full Body Wrist & Ankle Weights Toning" - 10 min.

That's it. Gonna be extra hot here today...Yikes!

Good morning everyone,

Today I did more DanielPT for upper body - 40 minutes. I added on a Cathe warm-up and my own cool down.

Linda - thanks for the rec! I'm gonna check out that channel stat!
Annette - big gym day and with a sunburn :)

Stay cool ladies. It's so darn hot outside. It hit 44 here yesterday. Even Monday, Tuesday said WTF? (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - no swearing :) )

Hot here too!! Ugh!

Today I cooled the house down to 78°F and did a 30 minute CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing workout that was new from Tuesday I think. It was good and I wore my boxing gloves.

Then I did an 11 minute lower body kicking only (instructional) Taebo workout I found on YouTube. It was short but good.

That is probably all for today, shorter and sweeter. Nice workouts ladies!!
