Good morning ladies,

Today I did Total Body Lower Body premix (recommended by a VF'er and it was tough - mainly cos it was quick with heavy weights). I added on the upper body sculpt premix from Low Impact Circuit.

Great workouts yesterday everyone.

Dawn - RWH lower body circuit is tough!
Sandy - you are up after 11pm? You must workout in the evenings. Glad you are enjoying STS. My DD loves STS

I still haven't received my new workouts????? Conni - what are your thoughts on these? Annette - I am guessing you did not pre-order. What about cathe's newest kickboxing one? will you consider that?

Hello ladies!!!

I had some company over last night and did not get up as early as I planned, I've also been dealing with a two day headache from my neck.. soo... I decided no excuses, but went for a different shorter workout this morning the X10 step.. it really kicked my butt.. then I did some meditation on my acupressure mat ( I love laying on that thing!!) for about 15 minutes, it sometimes helps my neck relax. A little late for work, but I'm proud I did a little taking care of me this morning! Have an awesome day everyone!!

Hi ladies, Today I did STS MESO 1 Disk 2 Back and triceps. Luckily January 6th is holiday in Italy so today I was at home and able to do my workout in the morning, which I prefer even though I normally have to train in the late afternoon.

I haven't received Ice either, must be stuck somewhere at customs!

You did a lot considered you were not feeling so well! I haven't really tried meditation so far in my life, I should find a good way to start. Against stress and anxiety intense physical activity have worked for me until now.

No Ceci, I did not pre-order, but I am thinking about the kickboxing one. Somebody needs to review it for me and tell me if it is worth my time and money. hint hint.

Today was the Taebo Insane Abs, then went to the gym and did 17 min. on the Elliptical and then 35 minutes of weight work.

Gym wasn't crowded at all which was nice.

Hey Sandy.. yes, it really was tough on me this time.. I did stop it a couple times to catch my breath.. haha!!! I was hoping it would be the cure all.. I made it through the day though!!

Have you done the STS program before?? I'm contemplating that one... hmmmmm
