Hi ladies,
Today was a long 70 minute Xtreme Box Mix 27. It was longer so it was tougher. The 1st 30 minutes were boxing only, then he started the 2nd 30 minutes with boxing and kicking combos, 3 of them, then he put it together at the end and it was brutal especially when he turns the whole group sideways in 2 rows and you do it all over and over. I got lost but kept moving. Then it was kicking drills and finally floorwork and a stretch. I worked up a sweat for sure.
Nice workouts ladies, sorry about all of our aches and pains, guess it comes with age.
Back to the gym tomorrow.
