Good Morning Everyone,

Today I managed 25 minutes of 2023 videos for total body. Unfortunately, I'm still not focused today. My mother passed away early Sunday morning (it was expected as she had been ill for a long time) and it's impacting my energy a bit (obvi).

So nice to see most of us getting in a workout yesterday. 3 of us did Flextrain in the last week :) .

Nora - I hope you are able to get in a workout sooner rather than later. We love our fitness :) .

No workouts to report, I am still having trouble with back/hip......coupled with the fact that right now
I have no desire to work out.......hopefully it will get better.

I am so sorry for your loss. Even though it was expected, it doesn't make it easier.
 
Siobhan, very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Thoughts and prayers for you and your family. Good for you to even get a workout in with 25 minutes of 2023 videos for total body.

Linda, hoping your back/hip is better soon. It's no fun!

Oh Siobhan, I am so sorry about your mother. That is never easy, I do pray for you daily so now the prayer will be more specific.

Today was a Kombat Fitness, I tried one but the 1st combo was more than I could grasp and lots of jumping. So I started another one but only did the cardio portion added to the little I did in the 1st one was 49 minutes. These workouts are very intense in nature but good.

I have a dentist appointment this afternoon so I need to get moving.

Today was Total Body Barbell but did the first Premix for the 1st time. I LOVE this workout. I do have to modify holding the barbell in front instead of on my shoulders for those particular moves because my shoulder replacement won't allow that. But it works just fine. In this Premix, I did have to adjust my step height more often. But that sort of gives me an extra little "rest" for a minute or less. No big deal whatsoever. I am feeling more & more like I need some sort of mobility almost daily, so I added on LM&R Anytime Mobility Bonus. Perfect add on for me.
 
Annette, Kombat Fitness sounds intense. You always do some interesting things.

Deanna, did you like the LMR Mobility Bonus? I need to try that one. I do like the Total Body Barbell as well. I want to do the LMR Mobility - maybe tomorrow.

Today I did LMR Pilates workout for 34 minutes, then LMR Bonus Lower Body with discs :))) for 20 minutes followed by Step Boss Extended Stretch for 8 minutes.
Think I may have aggravated my groin again yesterday with the Flex Train workout.

Deanna, did you like the LMR Mobility Bonus? I need to try that one. I do like the Total Body Barbell as well. I want to do the LMR Mobility - maybe tomorrow.

I do enjoy the Mobility Bonus a lot. It has a teeny bit of a cardio factor which makes me feel more ready for the mobility. I also like that it's a bit shorter for days when I just want an add on instead of a full mobility workout. I felt really good after.
