Daily Check In, Wednesday Jan.15

Hi Everyone,

Tonight I did Leah Sarago Upper Body workout (library find). Then I added on 2 ten minute ab segments from fitness glo. I am feeling better. I saw the osteopath today and she really opened up my chest. It made a huge difference in my breathing. I hope to be back at work tomorrow.... If things remain stable.... yeah - I can work out again!
