Siobhan - You are banned from working out until you get better. It sounds like you have a "bug" of some kind that you need to get out of your system.

Carmen - Wicked?????? Okay, now I am jealous!!!!!! I love Elpheba!!!!!!!!!!!!



Now that I have recovered, today was Athletic Training. I have a love/hate with this one at the moment. I can't wait to get past the step section at the beginning to get to the sculpting exercises in the second part, lol!
 
I DID IT!!!! 3 in a row!!! Whoo hooo for me!!!:D:D:D

I did a 32 min. kickboxing workout off of Exercise TV with Jill Coleman, not too bad considering it was Exercise TV, they have some newer workouts now, she has another one that is longer that I may try another day.

I will use my weighted gloves next time though for some added intensity.

So I am 3 for 3 can I make it 4......yes I CAN!!!!!:cool::D
 
Hi everyone - Today I might do the floor portion of Butts and Guts. I had to cut is short yesterday.

Siobhan - I am following one of Fitness Freaks lower body blast rotations. I will post the link for you. Please listen to your body and rest.

Annette - Yay for today's workout. Cant wait to hear from you tomorrow!

Connie - Have you seen wicked? I've viewed some of the scenes on youtube....look wonderful!

Hi Ladies,

I am checking in late but I worked out late. I was soooooooo sick today but juiced twice and am now feeling better. yeah!

This evening I did Cathe's Turbo barre sans abs section. It was good. I really like this workout.

I hope to get up tomorrow for another workout but pretty much slept til 11:30 am today - how will i sleep tonight?

Great workouts everyone and congrats to you annette for consecutive days. I guess Tammy is gone.
