Peloton- 15 min. 90's Dance Music Treadmill Walk

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more Tapout XT - Plyo XT for 52 minutes. Wow that was enduring. I did my own stretch.

Nice mash-up this morning, Linda! I bet your workout flew by with that variety.

Great workouts yesterday everyone.

This morning I did Cardio & Weights Step Pre-mix and doubled the Buttercup combo. I love that choreography!

Anita: I hope today is a better day for you.
 
STS Meso 2, Hypertrophy, Week One, Disc 14, Legs — 48 minutes

I hate leg day. :D But if I slow it down a little and focus on form and strong reps, I gain strength and mastery. Eventually, that pays off. I just don’t like the struggle to get there. I much prefer to work my arms, which are pretty strong. But you are only as strong as your weakest link. And don’t get me wrong, my legs aren’t garbage, but leg day is just the hardest part of the week.

This morning was dentist appointments for the two oldest. Then school and lunch. I’m hoping to get done a smidge early so I can hit the dungeon. No extras other than legs for today (no abs, no cardio session). Legs takes it out of me! I need all my recovery to go to them.

“Plyo” and “52 minutes” just should not go together, IMO :D Well done!

Cardio & Weights Step Pre-mix — double the Buttercup combo.
LOL! That’s a good one, for sure. There are so many combos I love just because the music is so fun. Combine that with a mastery of the moves and it feels like illegal fun, doesn’t it? Good job!

this was a Peloton app workout, so it was their music…the only one I recognized was
Rhythm is a dancer! Which I always liked…

Neat workout Lannette with Cardio & Weights Step Pre-mix and doubled the Buttercup combo! Yup, that Buttercup routine is so much fun, and I grew up with that song! :)

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a 39 minute Cardio Kickboxing and Abs with Christine Dorner. It was very good and the ab intervals were intense.

Now I need to clean and do laundry. I am having issues with my face and getting a rash around my nose , under 1 eye and a little on my forehead and chin. So I am giving my face a rest from full makeup.

Oh and the arthritis doctor could not help me but offered a few suggestions.

Anita- I hear ya leg day needs a pep talk session just to get it done. Last week's leg day did me in. Stick a fork in me I was done. I had DOM's Big time getting up from seated position was a challenge, then I did some stretches and I could move after,
