Hi Annette,

More Caroline G. today. I did part of her recent hamstring workout + more mcfit method pyramid triceps + back to Caroline for 10 minutes of standing abs. It was a good workout - not a sweatfest as I broke it up.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 2 ladies show up and we did my newest Disco Kickboxing Drills (with 2 weight segments) . If they didn't like the workout they loved the music. It was around 58 minutes, we went over just a bit.

Then I did 60 minutes of weight work heavy ish. Using the barbell, dumbbells, 1 machine for leg press and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Now I have a few errands to run before going home.

Oh and the workout in class really focuses on balance and they like that. But I am feeling it,oh my.
