Today I did STS 2.0 Upper Body one - 59 minutes and Step Boss Lying Extended Stretch for 10 minutes. Leg throbbing but I made it through. Whatever workout we do, it always incorporates all parts of the body. The Strech was a bit uncomfortable, but I kept everything easy on the right side. Felt good even though leg pain
