Today's workouts:

Blender- "Banding- Upper Body" 20 min.
Blender- "LMR Bonus Moves" - 18 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. "Targeted Upper Body" Rowing & Weights Circuit

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Ice CLB for 43 minutes (I didn't do the stretch). I added on LMR Bonus moves as well Linda! Yeah, you, me, Deanna!!! I liked it a lot but found it a bit too slow. I hope Cathe's next series has less breaks so I feel more challenged.

Annette - HUGE workout from you yesterday!!
Nora - You also had a long workout yesterday. Please share your secret to having that much stamina!
Deanna - I gotta check out a premix with bonus workouts!!! I never looked. Thanks for the rec
Waves to Nicki!!!!! - any idea when you'll get back to working out?

Today I did the newest Taebo with Billy in his garage, it was roughly 42 minutes but stopped abruptly in the middle of a kick,
:eek:! It was very lopsided and though you do get your heart rate up it is not a balanced side to side workout. Honestly, I do love the energy and workout but his DVDs are so much better. I may do something else.

Nice workouts so far ladies.

There are more breaks in between but I'm actually finding I like that some days!

Hey Linda, I didn't stop it the workout just ended with him just starting a kicking combo. It was strange, even the beginning was like 8 minutes of "how to do Taebo" instructional". So if he had started the time after the instructional bit then it might have ended after a few kicks and maybe even a short cooldown. But there was no cooldown or anything just stopped and went to a still photo of Billy in a front split. Disappointed to say the least. Sigh.
 
On the rotation schedule today was Rock Out Knock Out. This was my first time doing this one & I had a total blast! Time FLEW! I can't believe how much I enjoy kickboxing type workouts since starting Cathe's! I added on the Core Bonus from LMR Functional Core. Perfect ending to a really fun workout day!

I love the revolving core move, I think it’s in that one.

Deanna, Rock Out Knock Out and Core Bonus from LMR Functional Core- Rock Out Knock Out - I love this workout! One of my favorites:)

Today I did STS 2.0 Upper Body one - 59 minutes and Step Boss Lying Extended Stretch for 10 minutes. Leg throbbing but I made it through. Whatever workout we do, it always incorporates all parts of the body. The Strech was a bit uncomfortable, but I kept everything easy on the right side. Felt good even though leg pain:D
