Good morning! Eek......running a little later than usual.......

Today's workouts:

KCM-Build & Burn-Upper Body SuperSets-Premix- 1 superset of everything- 15 min.
IFit- "Newcomer" elliptical workout #3- 25 min.
Upper Body & Ski workout( my own little mish-mosh) - 27 min.

That's it.....Waves to all and have a good day!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe live burnsets for bi's and tris and added on 15 minutes of tapout for upper body. Total time was 53 minutes. I added on a 10 minute stretch. I didn't workout yesterday.

Big workouts from everyone yesterday. Great job. Another solid and variety filled workout from you today Linda. So creative!

Anita, you are a warrior doing Body Max 2 — Double Upper Body + Abs 70 minutes. Eek!

Today I pulled out KCM Start Here: Aerobic Cardio Premix 19m + Pure Strength Shoulders 10:19m, STS 2.0 Foam Rolling LB: 13m

& I do that Aerobic premix quite often. I have Kelly’s Raw app on my iPad…I am not
currently subscribed, as I have just about all her dvds…but been thinking about signing
up again for a month…I noticed she has some rebounder workouts on there and I like
her Ripped & Ride workouts too. Maybe one of these days….too much to do now!

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did an hour on the elliptical. I am sweating, and my extra warm leggings aren't helping.

Thinking of going home to finish up floorwork, it isn't as hot at home.

Nice workouts all around!!

We always kill it with our workouts!

Addendum: add 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a short stretch to my workout. I am beat!

Finishing up at home with floowork. I hope things were cooler at home to workout.

WTG & High fives;) With menopause I never expected it to be tough to find workout clothes that aren't too warm. Hot flashes are not fun.
