Blender- "Shoulders" - 22 min.
Blender- "Lower Body with Tubing & Ball" - 21 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. "No Repeats" Rowing & Weights EMOM

apparently a Lift, Move & Restore sequel.
 
Rev'd Up Rumble was on the rotation schedule today. I slept pretty good last night & am energetic today so I chose Premix #10 which includes the extra cardio, shoulder work & abs. It's my first time trying the Calorie Crush. And I made it!!! I couldn't do that kind of stuff a year ago! This workout is at the very top of my favorites list.

Hello, Ladies! I have missed you all!
Well, I've had about 4 showings in the last two weeks, and I always put my laptop away when someone is coming to see the house. Silly me, I forgot where I put my lap top and just found it yesterday.
So, I'm going to start today and not going back to see past posts. I tell you, I can't remember stuff anymore. I have identified a place to stow the laptop, so I know it's always in the same place.
Leg has been giving me fits and in a lot of pain. Consulting general doc now to see who she recommends trying to help me identify this issue.
I have mostly been walking and sometimes it's ok and sometimes it is uncomfortable.
I'll get there!
I did see Cathe's post about the new series - sounds like it's LMR on steroids maybe??
 
Hi ladies,

I saw the same post on Facebook about Cathe doing another series. She said more details on Friday.

Today was the new Fitness Kombat 53 which was 59 minutes long. It was very good and not very complicated they switched off instructors and it might have been a compilation but it flowed better. At the end was a weight segment, then a floorwork segment and a cooldown stretch. Very happy with this one and I sweated some too. I even managed a few girly push-ups and some planks, yay me!!

Good to see you Nicki, hope your house sells and that your leg feels better soon.

Nicki- So nice to hear from you. Glad you are seeing Gen Doc to refer help. It sounds like walking is probably your best bet or seated upper body or Pilates seem options. Take care and be patient with your injury. Healing prayers and well wishes. Have a good evening;)

My apologies I forgot to post yesterday's workout I had severe DOMS from Power Splits Upper Body the other day and decided to skip the weight part of it playing it safe.

Leslie Sansone- Fat Burning Miles- Power Mile = 20 Min
