Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 6 ladies. Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including abs and legs. I did pyramid up and down for both chest press (30,35 &40lb dumbbells) and hammer curls (25, 30 & 35 lb dumbbells). Then I did flies, side laterals, lying overhead for back, concentration curls, overhead one arm triceps, squats, and abs.

Tomorrow I get to teach for the Zumba lady and I have already been told that they want DISCO! Oh boy!

This evening I did a Zuzka 20 minute guns & pistols kettlebell workout. Intense & swift.

Yes, that is such a tough one Peg. I like MIchelle a lot, although much of her stuff is too high impact for me.
 
oooh such a variety going on yesterday. Great job everyone. Unfortunately, I've been under the weather most of the week. I could not workout yesterday, even though I got up. I've got a cold moving through my system which I am fighting.

I am up this morning so will see if I actually workout - not sure....
