Hi ladies,

Carmen - Les Mills is okay, I haven't tried all the workouts in it yet, it is different than TJ, TF or Cathe. My DS likes them, they are more martial arts focused, which he prefers. I think they are an okay sub, but not all the time.

Today was Xtrain Burn Sets Chest, Tri's and Shoulders, with Core 1.
Crossfire on the agenda tomorrow again, I may do Two the Max that I subbed out on Monday.

Maybe the extra dvd in the series will be Low Impact. I was really hoping to see more of that in her next group of workouts.
 
Hi everyone,

No workout for me yet today. Bad night with the dog and the rain/snow..... I've been up since 4:30 and am exhausted. I did not have a restful sleep errrrr.

Well, you've seen people come and go before, right?

Keeping myself more fit was never a primary interest, but secondary to my other interests. If I keep in mind that I'm doing this for the sake of those other things it's easier to stay on track.

I think I said before that I'm doing this for my brain. (edit: Now I notice that that's my sig!)
