Xtrain Legs is one of my all time fav leg workouts.
Today I did with vigour STS Upper Body Premix + RWH LI Plyo Hiit Scramble Premix. I added in my own abs. It was good to workout. I enjoyed every minute.
I am thinking of stopping Cathe Live. I am only doing her workouts about 2ce/mth. I have wayyyyyyyyyyyy too many workouts and actually, dare I say - too much Cathe!!!!! I am on Cathe overload. I've gotta step back a bit and do some of my other workouts too. Cathe is still my number 1.
