Hi gals,

Today I taught my new Cardio Dance Party routine to 9 ladies for 44 min.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell, cables, dumbbells and floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes.

Then 12 minutes on the elliptical.
