Good morning friends,

This morning I did 30 minutes of STS Meso 1 legs + a short 15 minute segment from a Barre Amped DVD - standing leg portion + a short TTapp segment. TTapp is dull but is it ever effective for whittling the waist away yikes! Better than Cassey Ho!

Hi gals,

Today was a long but great workout :

Here at home I did 10 min. of KCM's Cardio Quick Fix while waiting for my son to be ready for the gym
At the gym: started with abs and floorwork legs
then elliptical
then more weights (chest and triceps)
then the stair machine
then more weights for shoulders, biceps
then the bike for a last cardio before being done.

All in all between home and gym 95 minutes of a circuit style workout.

I WILL GET THOSE LAST COUPLE OF POUNDS OFF BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!
 
Hi ladies,
today it was pyramid lower body. I don't really like having to change the weigths on the barre so quickly, can't catch up with the crew. Having said that this is a really good workout. Will feel it tomorrow?
